About
Motorcycle mechanics, also known as motorcycle service technicians, undertake a range of maintenance work on motorcycles. They repair engines and transmissions, replace parts, remove dents, and may also perform respraying. Most mechanics work in independent garages, but some mechanics work with professional motorcycle teams, or for manufacturers. Mechanics can often work across a number of types of bike brands and models, but some prefer to specialize, particularly those with an interest in vintage or rare motorcycles.
