Showroom Manager
About
Showroom managers typically work in retail establishments where the goods for sales are high-ticket or luxury items such as jewellery, cars, electronics, home furnishing, and designer fashion.
Unlike typical retail managers, showroom managers need to take a different approach: because their teams are often working on a commission basis there's always a risk of friendly competition turning into conflict. Showroom managers therefore need to build a strong team dynamic while ensuring key performance indicators are met.
